Both the Boys and Girls basketball teams made the CHSAA state playoffs: The girls were the 11th overall seed and ended up with a number 3 seed.  They earned a first round bye and will face the winner of the Chaparall vs Grand Junction Central winner.  The Bison will host this game on Friday night,

Week Update

Basketball season is coming to a close. The VP girls completed their league schedule undefeated and Senior night by beating Westminster and are EMAC champions. They will probably get a 1st round bye in the playoffs and host a game next Friday night. Opponents will be determined on Sunday when CHSAA reveals the seeding brackets.

VP GBB Giving Back to the Community

Congratulations to our girls basketball team and Coach Payne on winning the EMAC championship again this season.  The team enters their last game tonight with a school record 20 wins and an undefeated record in the league.  The JV and C teams also became EMAC champions last night by defeating Hinkley.
